Being well prepared for a career in children's pediatric rehabilitation, my life changed with the birth of my two beautiful sons. Both of my boys were quite ill after birth and I spent many hours sitting by their cribs at the hospital saying prayers and asking for help. When I could find some time to relax both my mind and body, I would light a candle with a comforting scent and flickering flame and use it's healing powers to give me the strength and courage to face the coming days. This experience was incredible for me- in that something so fleeting as smell could inspire my life so profoundly.
From this experience I was desperate to create a candle company that would help others in both Love & Sorrow. Each hand-poured candle is made with the same care and love that I would expect and I am proud to say that we are a company driven by the powerful passion for excellence, rising above the unique needs of each and every customer who buys our candles.
